Late-Breaking Poster Submisson
EMC 2008 offers registered participants the possibility to present their latest work in a late-breaking poster session which will be set up in a designated area. Authors wishing to display a late-breaking poster have to submit the following information:
- title of the poster
- presenting author and co-author
- affiliations
- short abstract (up to 300 words)
- main subject area (Instrumentation and Methods, Materials Science, Life Science)
- registration information (day of registration, ID)
Please send an email with this information and 'late breaking poster' in the subject to:

Please note that space is limited and we can only accept one late breaking poster per registered participant.
Deadline for submission: August 15, 2008The posters will be displayed on two days Monday/Tuesday or Wednesday/Thursday and we reserve the right to assign the specific days.
Oral presentations:
Standard data projectors are available in all lecture rooms and authors are advised to bring their own notebooks. Overhead and 35mm slide projectors are available upon request. Authors are requested to strictly adhere to the time schedule to avoid delays in individual sessions.
Poster presentations:
The preferred poster format is A0 or approximately 1200mm high by 850mm wide. Means for attaching the posters will be provided on site.
